Redevelopment of an existing commercial space into a Walmart shopping center. The project included numerous community pathways in and around the project leading into neighboring communities and adjacent shopping centers, a large multifaceted bio-swale/infiltration drainage system, parking lot redesign and entry monument redesign & entry realignment.
