Jackie is a licensed professional architect with 20-plus years of project management experience leading data-driven, land-planning projects. She’s an advocate for creative, interdisciplinary solutions for ecological and social challenges, and is an accomplished strategic-partnership builder.
With a bachelor’s degree in management and technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a MLA from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona, Higgins currently serves as Vice President of planning, design, and programs at Forever Balboa Park (formerly Balboa Park Conservancy).
