At its core, landscape architecture is an artistic and creative process that produces site specific solutions to real world design issues.

The technical aspect of the profession can mask the landscape architect’s creative nature and gives the public a one dimensional idea of who landscape architects are.

ASLA San Diego has partnered with OBR Architecture in an attempt to shed this misconception and highlight the artistic and creative endeavors of local landscape architects. Our profession consists of curious, critically thinking, idea driven place-makers and it’s our responsibility to honor our creative side.
